30 Day Unconditional Return Policy
If for any reason you decide that the MagneTrainer is not for you, simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the bike. This does not include shipping. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Return Procedure
- Contact us by phone or email for an RMA number. Include your invoice
number, and reason for returning the bike. You can
return it for any reason. This feedback just
helps us to understand if there is something we
need to improve.
If you cannot find the invoice number, no worries. Just provide us your name, phone number and shipping address and we'll look it up for you. - Write the RMA number on the box near the shipping label.
- Ship the box to us right away. Important! The RMA number is not a placeholder in time. The bike must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund.
